I think this is an undervalued skill: actually finishing something is difficult. It requires focus, energy and perseverance. If you’re good at completing projects, you’ll often be a really valuable asset to any team.

Besides the fact that this is true, I’m also writing this because my wife just got notified that she successfully completed her graduation project. A difficult project, but she didn’t gave in and got it done. Proud!

There’s always hard and difficult projects. Don’t throw in the towel too soon: even if the end goal is not 100% worth the extra effort, the fact that you’re able to push through is a great lesson in itself.
