Positivity week: gratitude
I believe positivity is really important, and we can all benefit from growing a bit as positive persons. I’m really not always as positive as I want to be, but the strategies I’ll share this week will help me be a bit better, and I hope this counts for you as well.
First topic: show your gratitude. It is quite easy to focus on the things you don’t have or the things that didn’t go well. One way to shift your focus is to make “showing gratitude” something you do on a daily basis.
It doesn’t even have to be something you direct at something or someone, just acknowledging and expressing that you’re thankful for a specific event or situation is a powerful way to enjoy more of those little things that happen every day. This will definitely help you to be a more positive person.
