This actually is really hard, because while writing this lots of situations where I’m not completely, 100% true are popping up inside my head. It is easy to bend the truth a bit to your favor, have a chat where what you did came out a little better. I know I have lots of work to do in this area.

Want to build relationships and improve your work? Aim to always speaking the truth. This is often scary and difficult. It will definitely make you feel less great about yourself. In the long run, it will be worth it, because people will have far more trust in what you have to say. Because it is the truth.

If you’re working in an environment where people are not speaking words of truth, talking about people behind their backs, or just plain lying to people, you should seriously reconsider if you should be working with these people.
