Document your failures
If there is one thing I ran into during my yearly review, it is that it is really handy to have a list of your failures. Reviewing this list is is a super powerful way to grow, but in order to do that, you need some kind of documentation to go back to.
Just like you'll forget the good things that happened, the details of the things where you messed up will be erased really quickly. With that you'll lose the ability to decide on what should be changed later.
Start a habit of logging all kinds of relevant stuff whenever you hit a failure.
