If you’re doing the same thing as 6 months ago, you’re not agile
A colleague sent me a presentation about the state of agile (https://vimeo.com/131410262, 45 mins). Cool video with interesting points.
Agile is about continuous change, I wrote about this before. Okay, there are a couple of rules, but actually everything should be open for questioning. This part really got me thinking: “If you’re doing the same thing as 6 months ago, you’re not agile”.
In my opinion it is not an end goal to “be agile” so I’d change it a little bit: if you’re not doing anything different than 6 months ago, you’re not growing.
