One of my biggest themes of 2015 was to become a better product manager. I spent a huge amount of time reading and learning how to be a better product manager and have been putting things into practice a lot (this is why it is so great to work at a startup where applying new things is so easy).

Next year, starting tomorrow, I want to learn even more and share the stuff I’ll be tackling on a daily basis. Mostly short, focussed topics which will hopefully help you to be more productive. I’ll be learning lots of new things and by sharing about topics like building your team, working with scrum, wireframing, planning, UX, product and personal development, we both will become better product managers over the course of the next twelve months.
