I did an amazing exercise recently in which I took a large piece of paper and drew a circle in the middle. I put my name in the circle and then drew lines coming from the center circle to create other circles in which I wrote the names of the people closest to me. Psychologists call this the “social atom” and claim it can help us determine our social health.
